Assim foi na reuni\u00e3o do Conselho Consultivo do Projeto Acelerador de Agroflorestas e Restaura\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 regi\u00e3o Nordeste, quando cerca de 30 agricultores e representantes de institui\u00e7\u00f5es locais encontraram-se com os gestores, no munic\u00edpio de Acar\u00e1, estado do Par\u00e1, em novembro.<\/p>\n<p>Esses encontros s\u00e3o uma forma de garantir a Consulta e Consentimento Livre, Pr\u00e9vio e Informado (CLPI) e o direito dos atores locais de exercer sua autodetermina\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao pr\u00f3prio territ\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>Apresentar os avan\u00e7os do projeto, criar um espa\u00e7o de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o continuada sobre pr\u00e1ticas ligadas \u00e0s agroflorestas e ao manejo sustent\u00e1vel dos recursos naturais, al\u00e9m de gerar recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de boas pr\u00e1ticas para resguardar interesses e direitos dos envolvidos, foram os objetivos da reuni\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Entre os temas destacados pelos participantes est\u00e3o as oportunidades de apoiar a inclus\u00e3o de jovens e mulheres, garantir o acesso \u00e0 terra e promover inova\u00e7\u00f5es no campo. Esses temas ser\u00e3o levados para discuss\u00e3o na reuni\u00e3o do Conselho Consultivo Estadual que ser\u00e1 realizada em 07 de dezembro, em Bel\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<div class='short-link'>\n\t\t\t<a class='GTMshortLink' href='https:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/84822\/cinco-razoes-pelas-quais-as-arvores-sao-uma-solucao-para-a-crise-climatica?fnl=en' target='_blank'>\n\t\t\t\t<span class='short-link__box'><span>Leia tamb\u00e9m:<\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<span class='short-link__desc'>Cinco raz\u00f5es pelas quais as \u00e1rvores s\u00e3o uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para a crise clim\u00e1tica<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<p><strong>Estrutura<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os conselhos consultivos s\u00e3o \u00f3rg\u00e3os colegiados independentes, que tem por finalidade promover o engajamento e di\u00e1logo entre todos os setores de interesse. Eles s\u00e3o formados por membros representantes dos produtores rurais familiares (como federa\u00e7\u00f5es, sindicatos, associa\u00e7\u00f5es e cooperativas); coordenadores e implementadores do projeto; poder p\u00fablico estadual, federal e municipal; institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras; setor privado; e institui\u00e7\u00f5es de pesquisa.<\/p>\n<p>No Par\u00e1, foram estabelecidos tr\u00eas conselhos consultivos no \u00e2mbito do projeto Acelerador de Agroflorestas e Restaura\u00e7\u00e3o: um para a regi\u00e3o sudeste do estado, onde o projeto vem sendo implementado pela The Nature Conservancy (TNC) e outro no nordeste, onde o CIFOR-ICRAF \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e pela lideran\u00e7a na pesquisa. O conselho consultivo estadual re\u00fane representantes dos conselhos regionais e representantes de ONGs e de institui\u00e7\u00f5es do governo do estado do Par\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme explica Lidia Lacerda, gerente de projetos do CIFOR-ICRAF, reuni\u00f5es com lideran\u00e7as e atores locais, oficinas de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, capacita\u00e7\u00f5es e visitas t\u00e9cnicas \u00e0s \u00e1reas rurais s\u00e3o outras formas de promover a constru\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva e a transpar\u00eancia sobre os objetivos e regras do projeto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTodos esses encontros presenciais s\u00e3o realizados para garantir a participa\u00e7\u00e3o e o empoderamento dos agricultores familiares e demais comunidades locais nas quest\u00f5es sobre suas propriedades, territ\u00f3rios, recursos e planos de vida e para discutir as oportunidades e desafios dos projetos\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n<div class='short-link'>\n\t\t\t<a class='GTMshortLink' href='https:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/84117\/implantacao-de-agroflorestas-geram-oportunidades-para-agricultores-familiares-do-para?fnl=en' target='_blank'>\n\t\t\t\t<span class='short-link__box'><span>Leia tamb\u00e9m:<\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<span class='short-link__desc'>Implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de agroflorestas geram oportunidades para agricultores familiares do Par\u00e1<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<p><strong>O Projeto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldagroforestry.org\/project\/agroforestry-and-reforestation-accelerator\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">projeto Acelerador de Agroflorestas e Restaura\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> \u00e9 uma iniciativa da empresa Amazon, em parceria com a TNC Brasil e o CIFOR-ICRAF Brasil. Vem sendo implementado desde 2021, oferecendo apoio t\u00e9cnico e financeiro para agricultores familiares do Par\u00e1 que possuam \u00e1reas degradadas ou improdutivas a migrar para arranjos de sistemas agroflorestais (SAF) ou restaura\u00e7\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gica (RE).
