Beban menjadi lebih berat di minggu kedua, terutama jika kita ingin melakukan koreksi jalur yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam GST pertama, yang akan menentukan arah bagi dunia untuk mencapai tujuan Perjanjian Paris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sesi pleno bersama <em>Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA)<\/em> dan <em>Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) <\/em>dimulai pada Rabu malam, dengan banyak negara menyatakan harapan besar terkait keputusan bersejarah yang mungkin dihasilkan dari COP28. Mayoritas dana, sebesar US$62,2 miliar, dialokasikan untuk program pembiayaan iklim atau <em>climate finance<\/em>, termasuk dukungan untuk mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim.
