{"id":85282,"date":"2023-12-04T13:21:17","date_gmt":"2023-12-04T06:21:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/?p=85282"},"modified":"2025-08-04T07:49:19","modified_gmt":"2025-08-04T00:49:19","slug":"kemajuan-dari-diskusi-global-stocktake-gst-di-cop28","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/id\/85282\/kemajuan-dari-diskusi-global-stocktake-gst-di-cop28","title":{"rendered":"Kemajuan dari Diskusi Global Stocktake (GST) di COP28"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salah satu fokus utama COP28 yaitu mengevaluasi sejauh mana pencapaian kemajuan negara-negara menanggulangi pemanasan global \u2013 suatu proses yang disebut <em>Global Stocktake (GST).<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/climatebiodiversityandrights.org\/cbr_cop28_day1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Naskah pertama GST<\/a> telah dirilis Jumat, 1 Desember 2023 berupa \u2018<em>textual building blocks<\/em>,\u2019 di mana semua elemen penting dipertahankan guna mencapai Perjanjian Paris yaitu menjaga kenaikan suhu rata-rata global tetap di bawah 2 derajat C di atas tingkat pra-industri dan berupaya membatasi kenaikan suhu menjadi 1,5 derajat C di atas tingkat pra-industri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di sektor energi, sebagai contoh, yang kemungkinan menjadi salah satu bagian GST yang paling kontroversial, <em>textual building blocks<\/em> mencakup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/india-news\/building-blocks-of-first-cop28-global-stocktake-draft-released-101701452841539.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">pengurangan\/penghapusan bertahap bahan bakar fosil<\/a> (dan subsidi bahan bakar fosil) serta batu bara, larangan pembangunan pembangkit listrik batu bara baru, peningkatan tiga kali lipat energi terbarukan, peningkatan dua kali lipat efisiensi energi, peran bahan bakar transisi, dan pentingnya transisi energi yang adil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lestari.kompas.com\/read\/2023\/11\/30\/200000986\/indonesia-kawal-4-agenda-krusial-dalam-cop28?page=all\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Bagi Indonesia<\/a>, laporan GST akan menjadi masukan atau umpan balik untuk mempercepat kegiatan, baik itu mitigasi, komitmen pendanaan iklim dan adaptasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sdg.iisd.org\/news\/unfccc-report-identifies-areas-for-further-action-to-meet-paris-agreement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Laporan sintesis <em>Global Stocktake (GST) <\/em>pertama diterbitkan oleh UNFCCC<\/a> berisi identifikasi area-area kunci untuk tindakan lebih lanjut guna mengatasi kesenjangan dan tantangan dalam implementasi Perjanjian Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam edisi kelima <a href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/climatebiodiversityandrights.org\/daily_bulletin_cop28_day5?e=689a2c66b6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Buletin Iklim, Keanekaragaman Hayati, dan Hak<\/a> CIFOR-ICRAF, kami menyoroti beberapa poin penting yang dibahas pada hari kelima COP28 sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para negosiator berhasil mencapai kesepakatan terhadap teks <em>Global Stocktake (GST)<\/em> pada putaran pertama negosiasi dengan membawa daftar ide baru yang substansial.
