Laporan ini mendapatkan dukungan dari Uni Eropa melalui proyek <em>Central African Forest Observatory <\/em>(RIOFAC) dan saat ini menjadi salah satu publikasi unggulan OFAC<strong>.<\/strong> Selama bertahun-tahun, laporan ini menjadi dokumen referensi di tingkat regional dan internasional, serta menjadi panduan untuk pihak-pihak yang tertarik dengan pengelolaan ekosistem hutan di Afrika Tengah dan peran mereka dalam keseimbangan planet dan isu-isu yang ada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<em>Etat des For\u00eats 2021<\/em> atau laporan Keadaan Hutan di Afrika Tengah melibatkan 152 penulis yang terdiri dari para ahli isu kehutanan di Cekungan Kongo. Mereka datang dari berbagai institusi penelitian, mitra teknis dan finansial, organisasi internasional, organisasi masyarakat, pelaku pengembangan, pemerintah serta peneliti independen,\u201c ujar Richard Eba\u2019a, Koordinator CIFOR-ICRAF di Afrika Tengah yang juga merupakan Editor Utama dari laporan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLaporan ini merupakan direktori data riil tentang hutan di Cekungan Kongo, yang bertujuan membantu para pembuat keputusan di Negara-Negara Afrika Tengah dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan hutan,\u201d jelas Herv\u00e9 Martial Maidou, Sekretaris Eksekutif COMIFAC. Philippe Mayaux dari Uni Eropa menambahkan bahwa \u201claporan tentang keadaan hutan dan OFAC adalah kreasi unik yang menjadi kebanggaan Afrika Tengah\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tahun ini, laporan yang diterbitkan menjadi publikasi ketujuh dari seri Keadaan Hutan di Afrika Tengah  yang diterbitkan sejak tahun 2005.
