Para peneliti menyatakan bahwa nilai ini juga lebih rendah dibandingkan catatan tahun 2006.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sejauh mana para pemimpin dunia mempertimbangkan perubahan iklim dalam merumuskan kembali kebijakan ekonomi pasca COVID-19 dapat mempengaruhi jalur emisi CO2 global beberapa dekade mendatang,&#8221; kata Corinne Le Qu\u00e9r\u00e9, pemimpin riset dan profesor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uea.ac.uk\/about\/media-room\/latest-news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Universitas Anglia Timur Inggris<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kita harus memanfaatkan peluang yang ada untuk membuat perubahan nyata, berkesinambungan, dan lebih tahan terhadap krisis di masa depan. Diperlukan penerapan kebijakan ekonomi yang dapat membantu memenuhi target iklim, terutama terkait mobilitas manusia, yang telah menyumbang setengah dari penurunan emisi selama penerapan pembatasan sosial.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>Emisi dari sektor transportasi termasuk mobil bertanggung jawab atas hampir setengah penurunan emisi global selama pembatasan sosial, menurut laporan tersebut. Emisi dari industri dan pembangkit listrik menyumbang sebesar 43 persen dari total penurusan emisi yang terjadi.<\/p>\n<p>Meskipun sektor penerbangan merupakan sektor yang paling terkena dampak akibat karantina wilayah, sektor ini hanya menyumbang 3 persen dari total emisi global, atau 10 persen dari penurunan emisi selama pandemi, tulis laporan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Analisa juga menunjukkan respon sosial tanpa diikuti dengan peningkatan kesejahteraan dan infrastruktur pendukung tidaklah cukup untuk mencapai nol emisi, menurut para ilmuwan.<\/p>\n<p>Secara keseluruhan, dampak pembatasan sosial untuk total emisi di tahun 2020 yang semula berada di angka 4 persen diproyeksikan berubah menjadi 7 persen dibandingkan tahun 2019, tergantung seberapa lama pemberlakuan karantina dan tingkat pemulihan di wilayah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penurunan tahunan ini sebanding dengan jumlah pengurangan emisi tahunan yang dibutuhkan dari tahun-ke-tahun selama beberapa dekade untuk mencapai tujuan iklim <a href=\"https:\/\/unfccc.int\/process-and-meetings\/the-paris-agreement\/the-paris-agreement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Perjanjian Paris PBB<\/a>,&#8221; kata laporan itu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tujuan internasional di bawah perjanjian tahun 2015 adalah untuk menjaga suhu rata-rata bumi dan menjaga kenaikan lebih dari 1,5 hingga 2 derajat celcius setelah masa pra-industri.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPenurunan emisi belakangan ini merupakan kabar baik namun ini juga menggambarkan tantangan yang ada dalam mencapai komitmen iklim Paris,\u201d kata Rob Jackson dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stanford.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Universitas Stanford<\/a> sekaligus Ketua <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalcarbonproject.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Proyek Karbon Global<\/a> yang turut menulis analisis ini. &#8220;Kami membutuhkan perubahan sistemik melalui energi ramah lingkungan dan mobil listrik, bukan dari pengurangan emisi dari perilaku yang dipaksakan.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Di seluruh dunia, para aktivis iklim dan warga yang peduli telah mempertimbangkan untuk mengadakan konferensi secara daring ke depannya, dibandingkan dengan terbang ke lokasi konferensi dan melakukan presentasi secara langsung.<\/p>\n<p>Bisakah konferensi \u2014 yang seringkali merupakan inti dari perluasan jaringan bagi profesional, sarana untuk bertukar pengetahuan ilmiah dan diplomasi dalam pembuatan kebijakan \u2014 berkembang menuju era <a href=\"https:\/\/news.globallandscapesforum.org\/44443\/the-future-of-climate-conferencing-is-click-here\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">digital gabungan<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>Mengutip dari artikel terbitan <a href=\"https:\/\/news.globallandscapesforum.org\/44443\/the-future-of-climate-conferencing-is-click-here\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Landscape News<\/a>, banyak agenda-agenda terkait iklim yang telah dibatalkan, termasuk konferensi <a href=\"U.N.%20Framework%20Convention%20on%20Climate%20Change\">Kerangka Kerja PBB tentang Perubahan Iklim<\/a>, yang seharusnya pada tahun ini diselenggarakan dalam rangka meningkatkan komitmen negara-negara anggota untuk mengurangi emisi dan memerangi perubahan iklim, juga ikut <a href=\"https:\/\/news.un.org\/en\/story\/2020\/04\/1060902\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">ditunda<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Menurut analisa terbaru dari jurnal Nature Climate Change, karantina global akibat dari COVID-19 telah mengurangi emisi karbon setiap harinya.
