{"id":50785,"date":"2017-08-01T11:43:22","date_gmt":"2017-08-01T04:43:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/?p=50785"},"modified":"2018-02-07T16:08:23","modified_gmt":"2018-02-07T09:08:23","slug":"svlkflegt-wawancara-dengan-charles-michel-geurts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/id\/50785\/svlkflegt-wawancara-dengan-charles-michel-geurts","title":{"rendered":"SVLK\/FLEGT: Wawancara dengan Charles-Michel Geurts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Upaya memperkenalkan perizinan FLEGT (Perizinan Penegakan Hukum, Tata Kelola dan Perdagangan) di Indonesia telah membuka akses bisnis bagi semua tipe pengusaha produk kayu untuk mengekspor kayu legal bersertifikasi ke Uni Eropa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/\/www.cifor.org\/event\/national-policy-dialogue-flegt-licensing-and-supporting-small-and-medium-sized-wood-enterprises-access-to-global-markets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Dialog kebijakan nasional <\/a>yang diadakan di Jakarta 13 Juli lalu membahas bagaimana memaksimalkan manfaat bagi usaha kecil dan menengah, dan memastikan hasil terbaik lisensi FLEGT bagi perdagangan produk kayu, konservasi dan mata pencaharian.<\/p>\n<p>Charles-Michel Geurts, Wakil Kepala Delegasi Uni Eropa di Indonesia, berbincang-bincang dengan Pusat Penelitian Kehutanan Internasional (CIFOR) di sela-sela acara tersebut untuk memberikan beberapa wawasan singkat mengenai apa arti skema FLEGT bagi Indonesia dan Uni Eropa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mengapa FLEGT sangat penting bagi usaha kecil dan menengah di Indonesia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kayu dan produk kayu Indonesia mendapatkan keunggulan pasar, ini berkat sistem lisensi FLEGT. Indonesia adalah satu-satunya negara di dunia yang secara mandiri dapat mensertifikasi legalitas ekspor-nya. Hal ini merupakan perubahan besar pada  sektor kayu, termasuk sektor mebel, yang sudah jelas ada permintaan pasarnya di Uni Eropa.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Bagaimana dengan akses lisensi FLEGT bagi usaha kecil?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Setiap perubahan dalam peraturan lingkungan seringkali memberi dampak yang tidak proporsional pada usaha kecil dan menengah.<\/p>\n<p>Kami sangat mendorong pemerintah Indonesia terus mendengarkan umpan balik dari usaha kecil dan menengah dalam upaya terus menyederhanakan sistemnya, tentu saja dengan tetap menjaga integritas sistem ini.<\/p>\n<div class='short-image short-image--left'>\n\t\t\t\t<a class='fancybox-image GTMshortImage' href='' target='_self'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='short-image__thumb'>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<img src='' width='260'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='short-image__type'><h3><\/h3><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='short-image__title'><h4><\/h4><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p><strong>Apakah EU mengambil langkah untuk membuatnya mudah bagi usaha kecil memasuki pasar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ya, kami memiliki sejumlah instrumen, sebagiannya tidak spesifik untuk sektor kayu, untuk setiap UKM di UE dan di Indonesia dalam memfasilitasi perdagangan, agar mereka berpartisipasi dalam peluang perdagangan yang ada dalam perjanjian hari ini, seperti VPA (<em>Voluntary Partnership Agreements<\/em> &#8211; <em>Perjanjian Kemitraan Sukarela<\/em>) Perjanjian FLEGT. Namun, di masa datang ada juga seperti CEPA (<em>Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement<\/em>).
