Kenapa? Itu tadi. Karena <em>voluntary<\/em> itu lebih sulit diterapkan dan biayanya juga mahal. Terus harga jual juga menambah harga jual saya. Jadi ketika kita pakai FLEGT (F<em>orest Law Enforcement Governance and Trade<\/em>), kita pakai SVLK (<em>Sistem Verifikasi dan Legalitas Kayu<\/em>), itu <em>cost production (ongkos produksi)<\/em> saya sebenarnya turun.<\/p>\n<p>Intinya dari situ, karena <em>supply (pasokan)<\/em> bahan tidak terkendala, kemudian banyak sekali <em>policy (kebijakan)<\/em> yang membuat biaya-biaya yang tidak diperlukan, tidak perlu keluar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manfaatnya sudah terasa?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sudah terasa. Sekarang setiap permintaan saya, permintaan ke kami, dari customer-customer kami di Eropa, itu mereka sudah merujuk bahkan di dalam LC (<em>Letter of Credit-red<\/em>) pun. Itu sudah ditulis: <em>FLEGT compliance<\/em>. Jadi memang mereka sudah tahu bahwa dengan SVLK, dengan FLEGT, mereka akan mendapatkan produk yang lebih bisa dijual.<\/p>\n<div class='short-image short-image--left'>\n\t\t\t\t<a class='fancybox-image GTMshortImage' href='' target='_self'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='short-image__thumb'>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<img src='' width='260'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='short-image__type'><h3><\/h3><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='short-image__title'><h4><\/h4><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p><strong>Bagaimana proses mendapatkan FLEGT?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jadi kami memulai sertifikasi itu dari tahun 2006. Saat pertama itu belum ada skema yang pas waktu itu, saya masih menggunakan skema <em>VLO \u2013 Verified Legal Origin<\/em>. Yang diterbitkan oleh TFF (<em>Tropical Forest Foundation-red<\/em>) kalau tidak salah. Terus kemudian saya tahu ada LEI, kemudian saya ambil sertifikasi LEI (<em>Lembaga Ekolabel Indonesia-red<\/em>), terus kemudian saya pelajari tentang FSC (<em>Forest Stewardship Council-red<\/em>) karena permintaan<em> customer<\/em> di negara pembeli, mereka lebih prefer ke FSC, makanya kita ambil FSC, dari situ baru kemudian ke SVLK. Karena sudah <em>aware<\/em> dengan semua sistem <em>chain of custody<\/em>, makanya untuk menerapkan sistem SVLK tidak ada kendala, karena memang kita sudah punya tim sertifikasi di dalam perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ada perspektif atau pelajaran apa yang Anda ingin membawah ke dialog ini?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proses sertifikasi ini sudah cukup lama. Tapi perlu memberikan dampak yang bisa dilihat secara visual, secara baik. Kritik saya yang pertama adalah <em>sosialisasi mengenai FLEGT kepada pembeli di negara-negara tujuan ekspor juga harus dilakukan. Yang kedua adalah membangun aturan-aturan yang menekan mereka untuk melaksanakan FLEGT compliance dengan benar<\/em>. Itu kritik yang untuk negara pembeli.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk internal, ke dalam negeri, jangan ada tumpang tindih aturan lagi. Karena itu yang salah satu penyebab yang membuat mereka bingung. Yang akibatnya mereka malas untuk mensertifikasi perusahaan mereka.<\/p>\n<div class='short-image short-image--left'>\n\t\t\t\t<a class='fancybox-image GTMshortImage' href='' target='_self'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='short-image__thumb'>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<img src='' width='260'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='short-image__type'><h3><\/h3><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='short-image__title'><h4><\/h4><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p><strong>Anda sebutkan bahwa pola pikir para pengusaha UKM yang perlu dirubah. Bisa dijelaskan lebih mendalam?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sebenarnya mereka sudah mengakui bahwa ini diperlukan. Kenapa mereka dikatakan mengakui? Karena mereka mau melakukan sertifikasi. Dan kemudian mereka juga mau menginformasikan kepada customer mereka bahwa, \u201csaya punya V-Legal (<em>dokumen yang menyatakan bahwa produk kayu tujuan ekspor memenuhi standar verifikasi legalitas kayu sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan-red<\/em>)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Harusnya pola pikir mereka yang dirubah.
