Terbitnya kebijakan tingkat pusat tentang Pemerintahan Daerah ini menimbulkan perubahan tentang a<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dephut.go.id\/uploads\/files\/3a00e2bf97f222712094b281a1c66566.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">lih kewenangan pengelolaan hutan<\/a> pada tingkat pusat, propinsi dan kabupaten.
