Peta tersebut meliputi limapuluh lima juta hektar hutan primer dan tujuh belas juta hektar daerah gambut, semua areal proteksi termasuk di dalam kesepakatan yang disetujui di bulan Mei 2011 lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Kementerian Kehutanan menggambarkan peta ini sebagai sebuah \u201c bagian terpadu\u201d dari rencana pemerintah terkait moratorium kehutanan, yang melarang pembukaan lahan hutan untuk kepentingan komersil selama dua tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Kesepakatan ini merupakan perjanjian dari pendanaan 1 milyar dollar dari pemerintah Norwegia terkait pengurangan emisi dari deforestasi dan degradasi hutan.<\/p>\n<p>Peta ini terdiri dari 921 ukuran peta yang lebih kecil-kecil dengan skala area 1:250.000, dan merupakan pembaharuan dari map yang sebelumnya dikeluarkan pada bulan Mei.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengetahui lebih jelas mengenai gambaran peta, dapat dilihat di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/3272\/indonesias-forest-moratorium-analyzing-the-numbers?fnl=\">sini <\/a>( versi digital dapat diminta dengan mengisi formulir di situs kementerian kehutanan).<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu peneliti CIFOR, Deborah Lawrence membuat analisa lengkap mengenai arti dari angka-angka yang tercantum di dalam peta, tulisan dapat dibaca <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/3272\/indonesia%E2%80%99s-forest-moratorium%E2%80%94analyzing-the-numbers\/\">di sini<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BOGOR, Indonesia (9 Juli, 2011)_Revisi peta moratorium hutan diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Kehutanan Republik Indonesia minggu ini.
