{"id":28964,"date":"2015-06-08T13:43:27","date_gmt":"2015-06-08T06:43:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/?p=28964"},"modified":"2015-10-13T11:42:23","modified_gmt":"2015-10-13T04:42:23","slug":"rights-hak-returns-hasil-dan-restoration-restorasi-3r-untuk-bentang-alam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/id\/28964\/rights-hak-returns-hasil-dan-restoration-restorasi-3r-untuk-bentang-alam","title":{"rendered":"Rights (hak), returns (hasil) dan restoration (restorasi): 3R untuk bentang alam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Saat kita menelaah Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan dan perjanjian iklim terbaru sebagai mekanisme untuk menjaga masa depan kita di bumi, jelas bahwa banyak ditemui tantangan berat bagi masyarakat di bentang alam desa di dunia \u2013 lokasi dimana harus dicari solusi pemecahan masalah.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai upaya menemukan pemecahan masalah, 200 mitra gabungan pemimpin sektor keuangan dan organisasi-organisasi pembangunan, akan bertemu di London, 10 Juni mendatang dalam <a href=\"http:\/\/www.landscapes.org\/london\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Forum Bentang Alam Global: Belajar dari Kasus Investasi<\/a> yang dikoordinasi bersama antara <a href=\"\/\/www.cifor.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">CIFOR<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Bank Dunia<\/a> dan <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unepfi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">UNEP<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kami telah menyusun tugas-tugas bersama untuk maju dengan solusi guna memperluas investasi bentang alam berkelanjutan, dan memberikan dengan perhatian khusus bagi kebutuhan para petani kecil di dunia.<\/p>\n<p>Ini bukan tugas mudah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUNIA TANTANGAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kami mempertimbangkan beberapa pokok pikiran yang menjadi landasan ambisi dan aspirasi sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kami mencoba menjamin kecukupan pangan, nutrisi dan berkelanjutan bagi laju pertumbuhan populasi.<\/li>\n<li>Beberapa miliar penduduk, sebagian besar termasuk petani kecil atau yang terlibat dalam produksi rantai nilai, akan terus mendapat penghasilan dan kesejahteraan dari bentang alam.<\/li>\n<li>Energi terbarukan desa, terbuat dari biomassa atau sumber lain-lain, penting untuk menjaga agar lampu tetap menyala dan ketel mendidih, terutama bagi masyarakat kurang mampu.<\/li>\n<li>Konservasi dan pemanfaatan berkelanjutan keragaman hayati terestrial adalah strategi mempertahanan penghidupan jangka panjang, yang jelas harus dilaksanakan dalam skala bentang alam desa.<\/li>\n<li>Kebutuhan air bersih yang harus dipenuhi melalui tata kelola daerah aliran sungai dan irigasi.<\/li>\n<li>Kita bergantung pada bentang alam untuk mitigasi perubahan iklim, meregulasi kondisi regional dan lokal, dan menjamin resiliensi pencaharian dan sistem pangan dengan variabilitas iklim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Semua ini dan lainnya harus ditangani melalui bentang alam berkelanjutan, yang seharusnya berada di puncak agenda masa depan, bersama dengan peningkatan nutrisi dan kesehatan, kesetaraan peluang, dan tersebarnya kesejahteraan.<\/p>\n<p>Dan penting sekali, topik-topik tersebut juga sangat interdependen.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak ada yang benar-benar baru di sini.<\/p>\n<p>Kita sudah berbicara pada tingkat politik tertinggi mengenai kelindan lingkungan dan agenda pembangunan selama <a href=\"http:\/\/www.un-documents.net\/aconf48-14r1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">43 tahun<\/a> terakhir, dan urgensi dalam menghadapi perubahan iklim dalam <a href=\"http:\/\/newsroom.unfccc.int\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">21 tahun<\/a> terakhir.<\/p>\n<p>Meski selama beberapa dekade, kita juga menyadari akan meningkatnya populasi dunia, pemanfaatan sumber alam, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan emisi gas rumah kaca.<\/p>\n<p>Pada saat yang sama, kemiskinan, ketidakamanan pangan dan degradasi lingkungan berlanjut, tanpa menunjukkan tanda perbaikan pada kecepatan yang meyakinkan.<\/p>\n<p>Menghadapi latar muram ini, bagaimana kita berharap pertemuan kita di London bisa membuat perbedaan?<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEMBALIKKAN TREN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saya akan menyoroti tiga faktor yang secara bersama menggambarkan potensi pergeseran paradigma di mana kita bisa mulai berbicara tidak hanya memotong tren destruktif tetapi benar-benar membalikkannya.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor pertama adalah <strong>rights<\/strong> atau hak.
