{"id":23725,"date":"2014-08-14T13:06:15","date_gmt":"2014-08-14T06:06:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/?p=23725"},"modified":"2018-02-07T15:50:08","modified_gmt":"2018-02-07T08:50:08","slug":"peranti-online-bagi-penyesuaian-program-perubahan-iklim-masyarakat-hutan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/id\/23725\/peranti-online-bagi-penyesuaian-program-perubahan-iklim-masyarakat-hutan","title":{"rendered":"Peranti online mencari kesesuaian program perubahan iklim bagi masyarakat hutan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Catatan editor:<\/em><\/strong><em> <\/em><em>Piranti lunak <\/em><em>CRiSTAL-Forest \u2014 lengkap dengan panduan<\/em><em> pemakaian<\/em><em>, studi kasus dan informasi bagaimana berbagi pengalaman <\/em><em>mengunakan alat ini <\/em><em>&#8212; dapat dilihat <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www1.cifor.org\/cristal-forests\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">di sini<\/a><em>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>BOGOR, Indonesia \u2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/23456\/incrementalism-vs-transformation-how-to-change-in-the-face-of-climate-change\">Banyak yang telah ditulis<\/a> tentang beragam cara masyarakat pedesaan berinteraksi dengan hutan, melakukan adaptasi dengan perubahan iklim.<\/p>\n<p>Merancang berbagai proyek pembangunan guna mendukung adaptasi perubahan iklim yang lebih maju di tempat-tempat ini memerlukan perhitungan untuk keanekaragaman budaya setempat &#8211; juga berbagai risiko perubahan iklim setempat yang dihadapi oleh beragam komunitas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www1.cifor.org\/cristal-forests\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Sebuah alat terbaru dikeluarkan<\/a> berusaha untuk melakukan hal tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Peranti perencanaan proyek, <a href=\"http:\/\/www1.cifor.org\/cristal-forests\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">CRiSTAL-Forest<\/a> (Community-based Risk Screening Tool \u2014 Adaptation, Livelihoods and Forest- Piranti Penyaring Risiko berbasis Komunitas \u2013 Adaptasi, Penghidupan dan Hutan), dikembangkan dan diuji oleh para ilmuwan di Pusat Penelitian Kehutanan Internasional (CIFOR) dan <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iisd.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">International Institute for Sustainable Development<\/a> (IISD) bekerja sama melalui jejaring <a href=\"http:\/\/www.c3d-unitar.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">UNITAR C3D+ (the Climate Change Capacity Development)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tujuan perangkat adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran lebih jelas tentang bagaimana kontribusi hutan bagi strategi adaptasi manusia, namun alat ini juga memampukan analisa mengenai bagaimana masyarakat dengan sumber daya hutan bereaksi terhadap berbagai perubahan.<\/p>\n<p>Para pembuat kebijakan sering kali menghadapi kesulitan dalam merencanakan dan merancang berbagai proyek adaptasi strategis yang mengambil pengetahuan setempat untuk membantu para petani, ungkap Houria Djoudi,  ilmuwan CIFOR. Alat CRISTAL dapat memberi manfaat dengan menempatkan fenomena tersebut dalam konteks dengan berbagai faktor lingkungan lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Karena minimnya alat yang praktis untuk mempelajari kerentanan perubahan iklim dan adaptasi dalam konteks beragam stresor, alat ini menjanjikan kegunaan akan memahami berbagai strategi adaptasi dan penanganan dalam konteks semacam itu, &#8221; ujar Djoudi.<\/p>\n<p>CRISTAL-Forest awalnya dianggap oleh para peneliti lebih siap diterapkan penggunaannya di kalangan pemangku kepentingan tingkat nasional dan regional. Namun, lokakarya di lapangan selanjutnya diimplementasikan untuk menguji alat ini, dan para peneliti menemukan bahwa alat ini juga mempunyai nilaibagi masyarakat setempat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami menemukan alat ini dapat berperan sebagai peranti intervensi kebijakan yang memungkinkan tata kelola adaptif dan untuk membantu memperoleh lebih banyak strategi, kebutuhan dan pengetahuan tentang perencanaan adaptasi,&#8221; kata Djoudi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Meskipun perubahan iklim tidak selalu merupakan tekanan yang paling signifikan yang mempengaruhi suatu komunitas, hal ini harus dimasukkan dalam pertimbangan bila merancang dan mengimplementasikan suatu proyek pembangunan, khususnya di bidang-bidang yang membina penghidupan bergantung sumber daya alam,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kegunaan praktis alat ini memerlukan pemakai mengidentifikasi berbagai sumber daya penting bagi penghidupan; meringkas informasi tentang perubahan iklim terproyeksi dan teramati; menggambarkan bencana iklim saat ini dan yang potensial di masa depan; menganalisis risiko iklim; dan menilai berbagai strategi respons yang ada.<\/p>\n<p>Hutan menyediakan beragam barang dan jasa penting yang digunakan orang untuk merespons keadaan krisis, tetapi kontribusi ini sering kali terlewatkan ketika berbicara mengenai rencana dan kebijakan adaptasi nasional.
