Berbagai faktor multidimensional semakin menekan kelompok rentan terutama perempuan yang harus memikul beban berlapis. Kondisi ini kian diperparah oleh krisis iklim, yang membuat akses terhadap sumber daya semakin terbatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berangkat dari keresahan tersebut, berbagai inisiatif di tingkat tapak di Timor Tengah Selatan mulai tumbuh. Mulai dari pembentukan sekolah perempuan dan sekolah ayah (laki-laki) untuk membangun kesadaran atas kesetaraan dan keadilan gender, hingga gerakan ayah sebagai konselor pangan dan gizi keluarga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melalui proyek Land4Lives, CIFOR-ICRAF turut mendampingi petani\u2014baik laki-laki maupun perempuan\u2014dalam menerapkan pertanian cerdas iklim.
