Ils ont tous d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il y avait une forte demande au niveau local pour utiliser l&rsquo;approche paysag\u00e8re \u00bb, dit-elle.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Dans certains cas, elle a plus de sens au niveau local puisqu\u2019\u00e0 cette \u00e9chelle elle est comprise &#8211; ils comprennent qu&rsquo;il y a une p\u00e9nurie d&rsquo;eau parce que leur voisin a abattu toute la for\u00eat.
