Les paysages sont essentiels pour n\u00e9gocier les priorit\u00e9s et trouver des actions int\u00e9gr\u00e9es. Mais sugg\u00e9rer ce type d&rsquo;approche pour promouvoir ces priorit\u00e9s ne sert pas \u00e0 grand chose si les acteurs des paysages continuent \u00e0 mourir en se battant pour leurs droits. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ensuite, nous avons aussi l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9, les questions de sant\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, et les genres qui l&#8217;emportent sur les ambitions paysag\u00e8res. Il y faut aussi avoir un point de vue \u00e9largi sur l&rsquo;ordre du jour.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Deuxi\u00e8mement, le financement. Le financement de l&rsquo;utilisation durable des terres doit \u00e9voluer. Beaucoup de priorit\u00e9s pour les paysages vont au-del\u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats \u00e9conomiques en tant que tels. Mais il est clair que le secteur financier doit faire un pas en avant si nous voulons s\u00e9rieusement soutenir l&rsquo;approche paysag\u00e8re, et si nous voulons s\u00e9rieusement aller de l&rsquo;avant. Nous devons parler de trillions, pas de billions. Nous devons simplifier. Nous devons pr\u00e9parer le terrain avec des indicateurs de durabilit\u00e9 intelligents, des co\u00fbts de transaction plus faibles, et am\u00e9liorer la gestion des risques. Le financement est un gros d\u00e9fi. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Maintenant, mon troisi\u00e8me et dernier point. Il faut am\u00e9liorer le partage de connaissances. En science, nous disposons de nombreux articles sur la gestion des paysages. Et, soyons honn\u00eates, ce n&rsquo;est pas un concept nouveau. Nous travaillons dessus depuis des dizaines d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es, voire des si\u00e8cles. Il y a eu beaucoup de travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 ce sujet, et il n&rsquo;y a pas beaucoup d&rsquo;options pour d\u00e9couper le g\u00e2teau. On constate de nombreux succ\u00e8s, mais l\u00e0 encore, de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s fragment\u00e9e. Cela complique la r\u00e9flexion sur nos avanc\u00e9es. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Au CIFOR cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons fait une recherche syst\u00e9matique sur environ 13000 articles, et nous avons trouv\u00e9 47 cas o\u00f9 l&rsquo;approche paysag\u00e8re est appliqu\u00e9e en pratique. Nous savons qu&rsquo;il y en a bien plus, mais la connaissance n&rsquo;est pas suffisamment partag\u00e9e. Nous devons am\u00e9liorer cela. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Donc il est urgent d&rsquo;aller de l&rsquo;avant. Et que nous parlions des droits, de la finance, ou de la recherche sur les paysages, nous ne devons pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 penser large \u2013 tr\u00e8s large.
