Elle souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019inclure davantage de chercheurs en sciences sociales dans le domaine afin d&rsquo;examiner des questions qui, selon elle, n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on syst\u00e9matique, telles que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/17852\/new-swidden-agriculture-monitoring-tool-aids-redd\">l&rsquo;agriculture sur br\u00fblis<\/a> ou <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/15728\/forest-produce-can-mitigate-risks-of-feast-or-famine-global-food-strategy\">le r\u00f4le des for\u00eats en mati\u00e8re de nutrition <\/a>et de sant\u00e9 humaine. Selon elle, ce fait contribue \u00e0 l&rsquo;antagonisme envers les populations locales qui sont souvent criminalis\u00e9es par des politiques gouvernementales pour des activit\u00e9s de subsistance, telles que la chasse ou l&rsquo;abattage s\u00e9lectif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">En cons\u00e9quence, \u00ab la gestion foresti\u00e8re r\u00e9ellement durable reste une chim\u00e8re \u00bb, dit-elle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Mme Colfer \u00e9num\u00e8re des approches utiles pour int\u00e9grer des consid\u00e9rations relatives \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes.
