Colombia por su lado subray\u00f3 la necesidad de un cambio gradual, destacando la falta de marcos globales para apoyar una transici\u00f3n tan masiva.<\/p>\n<p>El texto del proyecto de acuerdo final de la COP28 se debate entre tres posturas, la primera propone una eliminaci\u00f3n ordenada y equitativa del uso de combustibles f\u00f3siles, donde el t\u00e9rmino \u00abequitativo\u00bb indica que los pa\u00edses ricos con un largo historial de uso de combustibles f\u00f3siles la eliminar\u00e1n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente que los pa\u00edses en desarrollo. La segunda opci\u00f3n aboga por \u00abesfuerzos acelerados hacia la eliminaci\u00f3n progresiva de los combustibles f\u00f3siles sin contramedidas\u00bb, mientras que la tercera opci\u00f3n evita mencionar la eliminaci\u00f3n progresiva de los combustibles f\u00f3siles.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la COP ha calificado este momento como decisivo, instando a respetar las directrices cient\u00edficas y subrayando el compromiso inquebrantable de apuntar a solo 1,5 grados por encima de los niveles preindustriales.
