Este se considera una oportunidad para alcanzar los objetivos nacionales de reducci\u00f3n de emisiones de forma m\u00e1s eficiente, pues permite a los pa\u00edses cooperar voluntariamente para alcanzar objetivos de reducci\u00f3n m\u00e1s ambiciosos.<\/p>\n<p>En el sexto d\u00eda de la COP28 de Dub\u00e1i, se logr\u00f3 introducir un nuevo texto sobre el Art\u00edculo 6.8. El borrador propone considerar enfoques no de mercado, incluyendo medidas fiscales nacionales como la fijaci\u00f3n de precios del carbono, e invita a presentar propuestas antes del 31 de marzo de 2024, cubriendo los enfoques de Mitigaci\u00f3n y Adaptaci\u00f3n Conjuntas (JMA) como alternativa a los Pagos Basados en Resultados (PBR).
