Ambos pa\u00edses destacan el papel fundamental de las regiones monta\u00f1osas para miles de millones de personas en todo el mundo, y que la ciencia demuestra que el ritmo de p\u00e9rdida de la capa de hielo se multiplic\u00f3 por cuatro.
