{"id":47935,"date":"2017-01-26T08:55:09","date_gmt":"2017-01-26T01:55:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/?p=47935"},"modified":"2017-01-26T08:55:09","modified_gmt":"2017-01-26T01:55:09","slug":"lider-del-equipo-de-restauracion-de-cifor-el-monitoreo-es-esencial-para-el-exito-de-la-restauracion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.forestsnews.org\/es\/47935\/lider-del-equipo-de-restauracion-de-cifor-el-monitoreo-es-esencial-para-el-exito-de-la-restauracion","title":{"rendered":"L\u00edder del equipo de restauraci\u00f3n de CIFOR: \u00abEl monitoreo es esencial para el \u00e9xito de la restauraci\u00f3n\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00abSolo mediante el monitoreo se puede saber si una actividad de restauraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 logrando sus objetivos originales o no, y si no, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9?, por lo tanto, las actividades de monitoreo deben ser parte integral de cualquier plan nacional de restauraci\u00f3n \u00ab, explica en esta entrevista el Dr. Manuel Guariguata, cient\u00edfico principal y l\u00edder del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n sobre manejo forestal y restauraci\u00f3n del <a href=\"\/\/www.cifor.org\/es\" target=\"_blank\">Centro para la Investigaci\u00f3n Forestal Internacional (CIFOR)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Guariguata fue uno de los expertos que formaron parte de un panel durante el <a href=\"\/\/www.cifor.org\/cifor-at-cbd-cop13\/sessions\/13-dec\/forest-landscape-ecosystem-restoration-day-towards-ecosystem-climate-smart-restoration-sustainable-livelihoods-food-security-biodiversity-conservation-landscapes-perspect\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Forest Landscape and Ecosystem Restoration Day <\/em><\/a>(D\u00eda de la Restauraci\u00f3n de Bosques y Ecosistemas), celebrado en el marco de la <a href=\"\/\/www.cifor.org\/cifor-at-cbd-cop13\/\" target=\"_blank\">d\u00e9cimo tercera Conferencia de las Partes del Convenio sobre la Diversidad Biol\u00f3gica (CDB COP13)<\/a> en Canc\u00fan, M\u00e9xico, en diciembre pasado.<\/p>\n<p>El evento fue organizado por la <a href=\"\/\/www.cifor.org\/partners\/collaborative-partnership-forests-cpf\/\" target=\"_blank\">Asociaci\u00f3n de Colaboraci\u00f3n en Materia de Bosques (CPF, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s)<\/a>, una alianza de 14 organizaciones internacionales con un fuerte enfoque en la forester\u00eda y el desarrollo sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>El investigador explica en este video hallazgos de dos de sus estudios m\u00e1s recientes.
